I put a '55 Plymouth V8 into a '55 Plymouth that had a 6, and if I recall correctly, everything was a bolt in. I'd bet yours would bolt in too. You might have to use a different motor mount bracket, or move the mounting holes in the frame. I'm not sure if the Dodge Hemi block was a different length than the first Plymouth V8.
I had a 331 Hemi in the Plymouth before going with the '55 engine, and I had to use modified motor mounts from a Studebaker.
