Yes,'55 to '59 Canadian Plymouths used the 251 c.i. 'Spitfire' six (the old pre-55 Chrysler car six,the tooling was sent to Canada). It sounds to me like you have the 'Spitfire' crank and main bearing seals! As far as I know,all LA-built Plymouths had 230 sixes. This does NOT preclude that someone sent you parts for a "'58 Plymouth six" from a Canadian car,or got the parts numbers mixed up. Interesting!
