I installed all new wheel cylinders on my '59 the year before last. Then the car sat from last July until this past January with a shot engine. When I installed the replacement engine and started driving the car again, the front right wheel dragged a little bit. It freed up after about fifty miles. I checked the wheel cylinders, etc. and checked the brake fluid level. All okay. I've put about three hundred miles on the car since and the brakes are fine. But over the last seventeen years, whenever I've had a brake problem, it ALWAYS was caused by the front right lower wheel cylinder.
