Daven, Your last comment has me concerned. I have a '58 Dodge with the steel cannister type booster, not the bellows. Looking at it, I had the impression (maybe mistaken) that it would work with the later dual master for disc brakes. Although the configuration is diffent from later boosters, the principle is the same. What am I missing? Have you or someone you know had a bad experience using the old booster? I suppose I could leave the old booster and reservoir as a "dummy" and cap the manifold tap inside the hose connection. I would then have a manual system which is o.k. and keep the original look. I wouldn't want an aftermarket conversion that looks radically different from the original. I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thanks, JM.
