I THINK THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING IS THAT THE MASTER CYCLINDER YOU HAVE CHOSEN IS NOT SENDING ENOUGH FLUID TO THE FRONT BRAKES IN ONE SHOT. IT TAKES ALLOT OF FLUID TO MAKE DISC BRAKES WORK. YOU MIGHT NEED TO PUT A DISC BRAKE MASTER CYCLINDER ON THE CAR. ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR REAR SHOES ARE AJUSTED PROPERLY . THESE ARE AJUSTED WITH A 7/16 SOCKET ON THE INSIDE OF THE REAR BACKING PLATES. EACH SHOE SHOULD JUST DRAG A LITTLE ON THE DRUM. ANOTHER THING YOU MIGHT THINK ABOUT IS WHEN YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE REAR BARKES, CHANGE THE REAR TO A 8.3/4 70-74 CUDA OR CHALLENGER REAR. IT WILL DROP RIGHT IN ON THE LEAF SPRINGS . IT WILL GIVE YOU CONVENTIAL REAR BRAKES. YOU WILL ALSO GAIN A REAL EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM. THE DISC/DRUM MASTER CYCLINDER WILL WORK BETTER WITH THIS REAR, AS THE REAR WHEEL CYCLINDERS ON THE DESOTO ARE HUGE AND ALSO TAKE ALLOT OF FLUID. TRY SOME OF THESE SUGGESTIONS AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT WENT, THANKS SMITTY
